Last year in June 2016, we decided to sell our condo located in Abbey Glen.  Having sold our condo ourselves in Ohio, we had little knowledge of the real estate rules and regulations in South Carolina. Fortunately, my wife had an acquaintance with an attorney who recommended Andy.
