Last year in June 2016, we decided to sell our condo located in Abbey Glen.  Having sold our condo ourselves in Ohio, we had little knowledge of the real estate rules and regulations in South Carolina. Fortunately, my wife had an acquaintance with an attorney who recommended Andy.

On our first encounter with Andy, we found him to be open minded, patient and ready to answer any of our questions.  Andy had already done his homework before this visit and presented us with a range of sale prices and great ideas for marketing our home similar in size and location.
