Schedule A Virtual Property Tour. 

The newest feature on our website is the Virtual Property Tour option. Over the past few weeks we have been receiving calls from buyers and sellers asking if we can still show property in Hilton Head and Bluffton. The answer to that question is of course, YES! However, with today's current situation, we have a lot of buyer clients that wish to not leave their home. This is where virtual property tours are helpful.  For sellers a virtual tour allows us to show your home to anyone at anytime without people constantly coming in and out of your home. 

2 Types Of Virtual Property Tours

Live Tour - With our live virtual tours we will walk the interior and exterior of the property while you are on the other end of the video. This allows the property to be seen in real time and allows me to answer any questions you have while I am at the property.

Delayed Tour - With delayed tours I will go take videos of a property and send them to you via email or text message. This allows you to review the videos anytime you wish which can be helpful for answering any questions you may have.
